London New Homes ("we", "us") is an independent marketing and buyer-representation service for new construction homes in London, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through londonewhomes.ca, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can get it removed.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, buyer type, the community and floor plan you're interested in, any message you write, and your consent to be contacted. All of it is provided voluntarily by you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical information: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and interactions such as form starts and clicks on our WhatsApp, phone or email links. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or financial account details through this website.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and send the pricing, floor plans and availability you asked for
  • To contact you about the community you enquired about and, where you have consented, other new home opportunities in London
  • To act as your buyer representative if you choose to work with us
  • To understand which pages and marketing channels bring us enquiries, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to operate this site and our business. Where they process personal information, they do so on our behalf and under contract, and only for the purposes described above. They fall into these categories:

  • Customer relationship management — where enquiries are stored so we can respond to you and keep track of what you asked for.
  • Website hosting — the servers that deliver this site and receive form submissions.

  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
  • Stop contacting you — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to a message or simply tell us

Consent

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access enquiry data to those who need it to respond to you.

Children

This site is intended for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
